Yes, if your operator has not already booked in your next service at your previous appointment, you will need to call to book in a time and date that suits you.

Your Leading Pest Management service includes full treatment of the interior and exterior of your property. The technician will focus heavily on potential entry points to your house and areas that are likely to attract pests. The knowledge and experience of our team will ensure the infestation is managed early on and the presence of pests is eradicated.
What happens if I notice pests after you leave?
The Leading Pest Inspection process aims to target live pests as well as their breeding cycle to deliver lasting results. It is common to see an increase in insect activity directly after a service however you should see this activity slow down and eventually cease in the following days and weeks. If I don’t see any more pests, can I skip a service call?
It is important to remember that “when we do our best job, there is nothing there” – this doesn’t however guarantee that pests cannot return to your property, if you get too complacent with the treatment. To maintain control of pest problems within your property, it is essential to perform all services.
Does the treatment leave an odour?

How soon can I hose the exterior of my home or mop the floors after a treatment?
All Leading Pest Management solutions are water-based solutions to ensure it is safe for your family. Leading recommends you wait a minimum of 7 days before mopping your floor or hosing the exterior of your home.
After my first visit, how soon can I expect you to return?
The timeframe between treatments depends on your treatment and the severity of the pest infestation as well as several additional environmental factors. Your pest technician will be able to advise when the next recommended treatment is, should you require special treatment or have concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment, please call your local technician and we will service accordingly.
When you treat inside cupboards and cabinets, do I need to wash them once you are done?
Our treatments are designed to deliver effective results while ensuring minimal effects on your family. If you want to wash your cabinets, it is recommended that you do this prior to our treatment and ensure any loose shelf paper is removed at this time. Cabinet shelves should be completely dry before the treatment.
